2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using this site, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

3. Orders and Quotes

Quotes are based on the details you provide (date, servings, flavours, finish, delivery suburb/postcode and dietary notes). An order is confirmed only after written confirmation from us. Lead times depend on capacity and logistics; we may decline requests we cannot fulfil to standard.

4. Allergens and Dietary Notes

On request we can prepare items without certain ingredients. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so cross-contact may occur. Please advise allergies when enquiring so we can guide you appropriately.

5. Design and Creative Direction

We match your theme and palette while keeping designs original. Handcrafted items can show minor variations in colour, finish and decoration. Reference images are used as inspiration rather than exact replicas.

6. Delivery and Collection

We deliver across metro areas and use partner couriers for regional locations. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic or weather. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the agreed window. Risk transfers on delivery or collection.

7. Storage and Serving

Unless advised otherwise, keep products chilled. Bring to room temperature before serving for best texture. Avoid heat, direct sunlight and uneven surfaces when transporting.

8. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Change requests should be sent as early as possible. We will accommodate where feasible. As items are custom and perishable, refunds are assessed case-by-case in line with Australian Consumer Law. If an issue occurs, contact us promptly with details and photos so we can review and assist.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the website’s security, attempt unauthorised access, automate scraping, or submit unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.

10. Intellectual Property

Text, images, graphics and logos on this site are owned by Velvet Rove or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without written consent.

11. User Content

When you provide images, logos or references, you confirm you have rights to use them and grant us a limited licence to reproduce them solely to fulfil your order.

We may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics and delivery. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, transport disruptions, supplier issues or power/network outages.
